I would look elsewhere for service if at all possible. Buying a new one would be the better option if this is the only service available to you. My refrigerator went out a little over 2 weeks ago. 2 times a repairman came. First time to diagnose and order a part the second time to install ordered part. The problem was not resolved. Scheduled appointment twice since and Noone showed even after being assured by the call center.......Ok now what? 492.11 spent for nothing except taking 4 days to stay by the fridge. Had to call another service company.

Edit The number they gave sent me to the same dang AI. THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP NOT EVEN THE EMAIL I WAS GIVEN WORKS I AM OUTRAGED Technicians are nice but there is ZERO human to tall to via the website. Im out 600 something dollars and AI can't help This place. SUCKS

I have not seen a Sears tech yet no sameshow .said he would be here at 10 30 did Not come .been watching all morning . Haven't seen him yet.please don't keep telling me they are coming and no one shows up.same old tales .coming back story to take more pictures. For. The 7th time Getting really annoyed with this stuff. I need a new cooktop as. Promise d .paid all my payments and deductible. Have. Been paid. No Cooktop yet.just empty promises. My family's getting aggravated too no cooked food since January the 1 st. I've been very ppatient.but my. Patience is running out please honour your part of the contract. I've paid mine.a long time ago.

I have a GE 5 burner gas oven and I started trying to get it fixed Sept 4th. It originally wouldn't heat up to temp in the oven and the front left top burner wouldn't light. The technician came out on the 9th and looked at it said I need to order 3 parts (thermostat, igniter, burner) totalling over $500. He came back out about 2 weeks later put the parts on then the oven wouldn't work at all and the back burner quit working. He ordered another part (valve control assembly) almost $300. He came back out Oct 18 before putting it on said the controls wasn't working needed to order more parts that part he had told me on 1st visit was over $500 I told his it was working before he got there same as the ignitor and rear burner he is not to order anymore parts to fix the stove. He " fixed" it. It worked one time that night the next day we went to use it it did not the pictures are once I opened it to look at the igniter to see why it was lighting he had cut off the connectors and spliced I was able to use just my fingers to remove every screw to remove the oven bottom and igniter and the cap to protect from electrical shot on a slice had fallen off.

Technician was great. Estimate given to do repair was ridiculous. Almost $500 to replace a $30 part that took 10 minutes to remove. I felt it was a better option to replace the washer for $478

Sears Appliance Repair is a sham and scam. They will promise a refund for non-existent diagnoses but will never give it back when you make the discovery and can prove it. Diagnostics are fake. Customer service from another country will hack into your Gmail accounts to remove all traces of erroneous Sears emails you were going to use in your defense. Then you have to report cyber crime to FBI. Avoid Sears at all costs and their fraudulent repairmen. You will lose big money. They also deleted the complaint I placed against the technician. Nothing exists. After the hackers got into my accounts publicized by personal information all over the web. I had to spend an additional $105 for web protection and begin the labor intensive process of cleaning up the mess. Reporting to FBI. Don't walk...run from SEARS.

We’ll hear we go again, today is the 4th visit by a technical. He was supposed to be here at 8-5 today, then I get a text saying it will be after 5pm. I gave the last tech a 1 star is just to show something. You may have read my first message where the repairman, broke the cover plate , which is no longer available, that goes around the refrigerator door for the ice maker and water dispenser. He reported that i The Frig functioned OK AND THEREFOR would not be covered to replace the refrigerator. He also damaged the paint on door because he did not know how to properly remove cover plate. they are sending another tech today, for something but now the ice maker has stopped working. We will see what they are going to do. I will post results. But I still stand by what I said, regardless of the outcome. If you have the appliance warranty, good luck. If you are considering the purchase, you might want to rethink.
