Tried to schedule routine maintenance on 2 washers, 2 dryers in adjacent properties but website only allows scheduling 1 appliance. Scheduled service but it was canceled on day of appointment without explanation. Rescheduled 2 days later. This was at second home 1 hour away from my home so therefore, 2 trips and have to be there from 8a-5p since there is no way to know when they will arrive. No way to contact a person to explain that service on more than one unit needed or to try and get an idea when they will arrive. If you try chat you just get a "bot" that is not helpful. No way to speak to a human being! Terrible customer service! Wish I had never purchased protection agreement, more trouble than it is worth. Could all have been avoided if I could have spoken with a person.
