Nicholas was a fabulous technician. He arrived on time and did a great job. He was very courteous and kind. He also took time to tell us about what he was doing in replacing the glass on my gas range. He is a true gem in your crown! Great employee!!!!

Jim did a great job repairing our microwave. We have had 3 other technicians from Sears misdiagnosed the issue which led two two control panels being ordered . Jim found the problem to be a door switch and changed it . So we waited two weeks for a repair that should have been taken care of the first day.

Jim did a great job over the past few months diagnosing and repairing various issues with my washer. I appreciate his patience with my sometimes cryptic explanation of the problems! But, he understood!!

Our repair person Justin was great. Although he was unable to obtain repair parts based on the age of the unit, he did review what the issue was and what was needed. He even tried to get used parts but we passed on that. He did provide insight into various brands which was helpful in shopping for a new unit.
