Clothes dryer repair
The technician was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the repair needed to fix my dryer. My dryer is quite old, so Jimmy gave me the options and the estimate for repair. I opted for the repair and he had it working in a matter of minutes. Thank you for being so prompt and efficient.

Kenneth with Sears
Kenneth came to my home this morning to diagnose some dishwasher issues. He came very close when he said he would and was very nice and professional. I recieved a text from Sears at 7:45AM with Kenneth's exprected time of arrival. The only issue I had was with Sears, (not Kenneth) trying to get a smaller window of time (i.e. morning or afternoon) for the visit rather than "9-5". This is important for me to make arrangements with my work. It was impossible to reach Sears by text, e-mail or phone the day prior to the appointment. Other than this, I highly recommend Kenneth.
