Great Service! Kitchenaid Microwave oven combo (the microwave stopped heating) It took a few tries to get it fixed due to ordering various parts. I am happy with the service.

Between the time I called for a Tech visit and his call for arrival time, my refrig began to operate normally. We discussed and he suggested rather than pay the service fee / deductible for my Home Shield protection, it would be costly to me that he do a diagnostic and nothing show up on his meter. I agreed and that is excellent customer care. He was professional on the phone.

Your Techs were excllent, absolutely no complaints - the unsatisfactory part about it is that I waited 3 months to get the washer fixed. Parts were orders 4 times until they were finally delivered. 7 appts scheduled which took us time away from work, loss of wages, 3 months of going to the laundry mat spending on a average of $60 to $70 a week to do laundry because of appts. you all cancelled or the parts were not delivered in a timely manner.
