Technicians arrived on time and were friendly and knowledgeable. They did everything they could to fix the problem. In the end it was going to be an extremely expensive repair and the warranty company was consulted and they are going to contact me with a solution. I can only hope it will work out to my advantage.

The service technician’s were great. What I do not agree with is the fact I was quoted a service charge fee of $229.00 by a representative that contacted me to find out what the problem was and to discuss a warranty offer, however, I was charged $139.00. That I do not appreciate.

The service technician found the problem quickly and repaired my oven to my satisfaction. But, I was very disappointed in what I was charged. For less than one hour, the labor only, was $319.95. I was at their mercy but felt like I was taken advantage of.
