Repair tech was on time, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem with my LG (washer) front-loading drain pump. The price (beyond the control of the tech) was too high and a considerable fraction of the cost for a new washer.

The second tech did an excellent job and then called the insurance company, that authorized a new unit. The first tech out a week ago was lazy, didn't do anything. He said the unit was fine to use. When the new tech from another company called, and said he had fixed it and it was ok to use. The water overflowed out of the dishwasher and under the floor. I have not seen the damage to the floor as of yet. I will be at the cabin tomorrow and check out the damage to the floor. The last tech that was there today said it did not look good. Bill

Jimmy my repair man was awesome! The rest of the service that was given by Sears was awful. Scheduled me an appointment then canceled it them scheduled another but didn't order my part but sent out the tech anyway so then we had to reschedule again. Then only 1 part out of 2 showed up then found out the 2nd part was canceled. The 2nd person I spoke to in another country kept reassuring me the parts would be there by my service date. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
