He was on time to the app appt time. Always professional. Leaves things as they were after his repair. The refrigerator was in defrost mode when he left. He said tonight or in the morning we should have ice.

The tech Grady called ahead to schedule and showed up when he said he would. He worked hard and was very professional. He got our fridge back in working order quickly. I am glad sears has knowledgeable employees with a strong work ethic like Grady. Keep up the good work and please give this guy some recognition. Thank you!
