Jim did a great job! He explained the problem, and got the parts ordered. The scheduling was the problem! IT WAS CANCELED THREE WEEKS BECAUSE OF STAFFING ISSUES! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! BUT JIM DOD HIS JOB GREAT!

Service Tech., Bobby was very proifessional and did a great job! However, Sears Appliance Repair, Customer Service is a ZERO (0)! You cannot talk to anyone and your AI Service, SUCKS! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this service to ANYONE!
