We have had them out three times through Choice Home Warranty to get our refrigerator to work, and it still has not turned on or worked. We need someone who knows how to diagnose the problem, order the parts, and fix the refrigerator. It has been three months, and it still doesn't work.

The repairman that came out was very nice and before he left, my dryer seemed to be working, but once I did laundry and put clothes in dryer.,it was ice cold, now I have to wait 2 more weeks without a dryer for Sears to come back out and fix it properly, shouldn't I be a priority ? They rescheduled my original appointment that was for the 6th, to the 13th, luckily I went on line and got today, the 8th.god forbid you get to talk to a live person, once my dryer gets fixed the way it should, I hope I never have to deal with Sears again ! I see u give other people a number to call and you say how sorry you are, that number brings you straight to the damn ai bot...WTH..

I do not recommend calling Sears service. Only AI available to take orders. You can never reach a person with your concerns or complaints. It took over 4 months to get a repair. Numerous trips and days off work to wait in vain

Sears Appliance Repair is useless. Very frustrating. Three visits and washer still not fixed. Also, they never showed up for 2 scheduled appointments. That means 2 days of missed work waiting all day for Sears. Like other posters have said, I was never able talk to a human when calling. Never again Sears. And don't give me your number or Facebook page. I'm a patient person and gave you ample time to correct but you deserve no stars.

Third time parts were replaced, and the refrigerator is still not fixed. At the end of November, it will be four months since I filed a home warranty claim.

When this experience began I thought it was going to be good, however, within 4 days things went downhill fast. First of all it should be made clear that Sears works entirely through AI. In order to be concise, I will try to summarize my experience. We are working through our home warranty company. Sears was scheduled quickly to diagnose problems. Parts were ordered for my dryer and microwave. The parts were delivered to my house two days later. The appointment to repair was to follow two days later. Sounds great except two days later a tech came and didn't fix anything. A second person wasn't sent to help with microwave and he didn't have a work order to fix microwave. Since this time I finally go the microwave fixed even though it was almost a month. The dryer is another story. Due to AI canceling appointments or rescheduling without consulting me on my schedule. We are now at ONE MONTH since I started this process. Totally unacceptable. AI is a complete failure here. Will never recommend or use Sears again. I'm going to forget the warranty and pay for repair by a company that cares about it costumers more than profit.

Sears home protect will not honor my microwave repair because the model# on it is unreadable which is not my fault...also model # not printed on manual which is also not my fault but theirs..also didnt show up for 2 appoints before today....also they dont have anyone in my area to work on refridgerators....i will be cancelling my sears home protect...it is worthless

Good person to work with. Came in fixed the washer with no problem. I need to update my survey. The washer is NOT FIXED. The repair man fixed the water problem but now it will not spin the water out after washing the clothes. I am highly disappointed and now I guess I out the money to fix my washer and have to go buy a new one. What a rip off

The whole Sears experience was awful. It wasn’t my choice to use them! American home shield was responsible for that choice. Their AI CUSTOMER SERVICE was deplorable! They lied, rescheduled, lied, rescheduled, lied rescheduled and kept doing this for 7 times. I have been without my refrigerator since August 8,2025 it is now September 16,2025. Their repairman *Bobbie come out the first time, and was trashing his own company. Saying their new Ai system is trash for the same reasons why I and many of their customers are complaining. Then he promised to get my frig fixed on the 11th of Sept. Texted, called multiple times and no one answered American home shield could not ever reach Sears! To find out what was going on! American home lied never returned calls didn’t follow their two week replacement policy. Will be finding a new home warranty place too! This is the short version of what happened there’s more.
