Not professional nor will fulfill their obligations or commitments This is not a customer friendly organization. This problem started in July 2024 no solution to correct the problem. Tech have made five trips and solved nothing. A visit was scheduled for 11/22/24 as of 6:00pn no show

The service guy didn't hv his original truck. So he didn't hv any parts. So everything was shipped, and I had a follow-up appt. Saturday in which he made before he left. No call no show and my whole Saturday has been bout shot. By me trying to be available for the Technician. So he wouldn't be waiting on me!

You been trying for a month to get refrigerator to Cool. But it's still 50 deg In refrigerator. You keep ordering parts that do not fix Problem!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE!!!

The parts were a month late! They couldn't tell me when they would arrive. Earlier this week I was told the service tech had the parts on his truck. Then Thursday before the appointment on Friday the parts were delivered to the house!
