I am very disappointed that he did not have a work truck or parts with him. I had a pay 152.00 to find out what I already knew that the bearing is bad. I feel like I was scammed because there was no way he could fix my washer.

The technician that came was nice but had no work truck or parts. He only had a screwdriver. We told him it needed a bearing and he confirmed, but still charged me a 152.15 to tell me what I already knew. A local repairman said the part was 60.00 and he will fix it Monday for 100 labor. So don’t get scammed by Sears repair service.

I started the request for warranty repair for my LG washing machine on March 1. There have been numerous delays. It is now April 1 and my appointment has been moved from April 1 to April 17. This is so disappointing. They should just give me a new machine and move on. They can repair the one I have under warranty and resell.

Not professional nor will fulfill their obligations or commitments This is not a customer friendly organization. This problem started in July 2024 no solution to correct the problem. Tech have made five trips and solved nothing. A visit was scheduled for 11/22/24 as of 6:00pn no show

The service guy didn't hv his original truck. So he didn't hv any parts. So everything was shipped, and I had a follow-up appt. Saturday in which he made before he left. No call no show and my whole Saturday has been bout shot. By me trying to be available for the Technician. So he wouldn't be waiting on me!
