At this point I don't like anything about your service. This repair started in Oct. of 2023. Three orders were issued for parts. According to your system two of them were cancelled. I only received one part and told the technician that when he called for the appointment. Since then several appointments have been made and cancelled. I have searched for a phone number to speak to a real live person every time you schedule a new appointment and no email or website has a number. Today I received an email that said my paid receipt signed by me was attached. I never saw a technician nor did I sign any receipt. This has been going on for 3 months and my refrigerator still has not been fixed,
