Repair man Brandon was so very nice and very professional! I do have a Home Warranty policy so I can’t evaluate the expense of the Repair or replacement. I paid their deductible.

Very knowledgeable and communicates in a way lay people can understand. Friendly and polite. Today, Chris was also training Mack, and he explained every process that he was doing and used the old and new parts as a teaching tool.
