We have to give five stars to the technician who has replaced many parts on our Kenmore refrigerator that has give us problems for many years. Gary has been kind but also very professional and we hope his experience will get him a raise.

We live out in the country, so we were happy that there was experienced appliance repair available that would even come to us. We used a home warranty to pay for service, so I don't have any concept of price comparisons. Our technician (Gary) was fast, efficient, pleasant and professional.
