Tech was very nice and actually listened when I told him what my washer was doing. He explained everything he was doing and even showed me how to do it myself if it did it again.

The technician was awesome but your automotive messages need some work. My first appointment was canceled and given to someone else by you, yet I still got messages until well after 5 that he would be here. I rescheduled that appointment and about midday I get a message that he is on his way. After that I get a phone call saying he would be here tomorrow. But he did show up today.
