I wasn't there and I disagree that the agreed price of 150 wasn't respected. The worker who came charged me more than agreed, saying he had done more work when it actually only lasted less than 20 minutes. I'm very upset about the price not being honored.

So this repair has taken over a month to get completed. The parts came in and we scheduled an appointment, which was over 2 weeks away and on the MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT, YOU CANCELLED SAID APPOINTMENT, citing staffing or some bs reason. My wife was texting with someone trying to get the appointment rescheduled, was given some options, chose one then was told that the one she chose was no longer available! She then texted another option we would accept (2 more weeks out) and was not responded to, poor customer service. A day or so later, i got online and was quickly able to get an appointment for about a week and a half away, all the while we had an ice maker that would work sometimes but mostly was not working. This isnt Brandons fault as this is a company issue, i believe the work he did was excellent but i wrote this with hopes of getting Sears attention as to your poor communication and scheduling.

Took three weeks to come out and fix the problem and did not fix it

The technicians who came to my home did their work quickly and were extremely responsive. The rest of the customer service stunk. From trying to schedule, to constant changes of schedule (requiring multiple calls), to the AI and customer service rep not really listening to the problem so the first service call resulted in no action other than ordering more parts and then when the technician came to install the ordered parts it did not fix the problem. I will say that the ability to send someone the next day was helpful, but in general dealing with the AI and the heavy handed procedures for warranty repair means I will think more than twice about another Kenmore product.

Tech showed up, never brought tools into the house, stayed for 5 min, told my wife that they discontinued the part he needed to fix it and that she needed to buy a new washer. still charged a service call fee. We were scammed. I had the part ordered and fixed it myself within the week. Do not recommend their services!!!

I am very disappointed that he did not have a work truck or parts with him. I had a pay 152.00 to find out what I already knew that the bearing is bad. I feel like I was scammed because there was no way he could fix my washer.

The technician that came was nice but had no work truck or parts. He only had a screwdriver. We told him it needed a bearing and he confirmed, but still charged me a 152.15 to tell me what I already knew. A local repairman said the part was 60.00 and he will fix it Monday for 100 labor. So don’t get scammed by Sears repair service.

The problem did not get fix the machine still during the same thing not spinning

I started the request for warranty repair for my LG washing machine on March 1. There have been numerous delays. It is now April 1 and my appointment has been moved from April 1 to April 17. This is so disappointing. They should just give me a new machine and move on. They can repair the one I have under warranty and resell.
