Gabriel knew what he was doing. He attacked my dishwasher back to the cabinet. Like it was before the first service man. Never attended to attach back the dishwasher. He left it alone after he repaired it. Gabriel is a very knowledgeable repair man.

Bobby explained what was wrong with my freezer and even though it’s not worth fixing it, he took the time to make sure I understood my options. He showed up right when he said he would, was clean and courteous!

Bobby called to let me know when he was arriving, and arrived with in time frame. Very courtoust,he proceeded to work on my refrigerator and had it repaired . I was very pleased with his work. I would call Sears repair service again.
