Jim arrived at a good time. Within 1/2 hour had the issue I'd. However, part needed is no longer avail, sears is to follow up about a replacement.

My technician was very efficient, punctual, professional & fast. We were very pleased with him & his work done on our washer. (Fyi sears lied to me about add-on services [cleaning] being "free and included"; but this has nothing to do with my actual technician who was wonderful & 5 stars. ❤️
