Trevor did an incredible job diagnosing the problem with my Central AC, and working hard in extreme heat, he found the problem, and repaired it. He really went beyond what most repair people would do, to find and solve the problem. Very impressive young man!

The technician was very kind, informative, and very helpful. Very professional. However -American Home Shield was never notified that the part needed to fix my refrigerator was no longer available. I have been without a refrigerator now for over a week. Someone dropped the ball.
