Cory did an outstanding job on repairing our dryer. Quickly diagnosed the problem and as he had the parts, corrected the problem. Highly recommended.

sears missed two appointments, yet kept giving reminders of the dates. ! Have a live person to answer the phone! Frustrating to wait all day and yet, cannot find out why!

Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Cost of repairs would be more than a replacement. Very disappointed repairs wouldn't be feasible

This was the worst experience I’ve had. The technician left a huge mess in my laundry room didn’t tell me he was finished I have no idea what repair he did or if anything works now. It took 7 weeks for the repair to happen after parts were received. Absolutely horrible!
