I was able to get an appointment the day i called in. John, the repair technician, was very nice, friendly, and efficient. My wife's washer is fixed and she is very happy.

Bobby called to let me know when he was arriving, and arrived with in time frame. Very courtoust,he proceeded to work on my refrigerator and had it repaired . I was very pleased with his work. I would call Sears repair service again.
