Two times out of 4, Bobby stood us up. One time he lied and said no one was home and sent a picture of a foot of snow in my neighborhood and it was 70 degrees outside and we were home all day. Each time the reschedule was 10 days to 2 weeks out. The last time he was here, he said it was fixed but it wasn’t. After six weeks and four scheduled visits, it is still not repaired. My ice maker does not work. When you go to the address on Google, you find Hobby Lobby. The place doesn’t exist at that address and if you call all you get is AI. You can not talk to a person.

After 7 weeks the repairman installed a compressor and two valves, said the refrigerator was working, left abruptly and the next morning the fridge was not working. Not a happy customer.

I called to place an order for Repair on May 2, 2025 and the next day someone showed up. They said they diagnosed my issue and that I had to pay upfront for them to order the part and I had to pay in full for everything .. I was not home and my daughter was there helping out and it was like we were held hostage against payment With no repair at that time. I was told and received messages that my repair was going to be done on May 6, 2025. No one showed up in here it is 9:15 PM.. I called and received the automated system again, and it said that my appointment was moved. to May 12, 2025. I am unable to speak with a live person and cannot reschedule the repair any sooner. This is a very horrible experience. I also would like to add that I was charged $719 upfront for Pump replacement. That had to be paid in full. They did not even leave a receipt with my daughter which there was a note on the machine to do so. Horrible experience!

Customer service is hard to get a hold of. They do not have a direct number. Also they overcharged and they rescheduled me multiple times and they were always at the last minute. It took three months just to get a tech back out to fix my stove. The scheduling should be better and overall customer service. The First tech that came out was James he was rude and disrespectful he smoked and took and threw out his cigarette in my front yard. Sears should give a better follow up and make sure they take care of their customers properly and better than they did. Overall don’t use them not incase you want bad service and don’t care to wait for them to finial make up their minds to show up and take care of the situation.

Would not recommend, not helpful in the least. Told me something was broken the charged me 160 dollars for 10 min of work to tell me it’s broken with no solution or looking for parts on their end.

He never came to the house. The shelf had not been ordered. It probably isn't his fault, but I feel that this should have been decided, planned three weeks ago. I also paid American Home Warranty $95.00 just for him to come look at the problem. I am going to express my displeasure to AHW

This is absolutely the worst customer service. U can't talk to anyone, and when u finally do, u can't understand their version of English. When u ask for another agent, there is nobody else. Parts were supposed to be delivered to my home. They were not. Mechanic Called in sick. All in all, a terrible company. No wonder Sears went belly up. Do not do any business with their products.
