He never came to the house. The shelf had not been ordered. It probably isn't his fault, but I feel that this should have been decided, planned three weeks ago. I also paid American Home Warranty $95.00 just for him to come look at the problem. I am going to express my displeasure to AHW

How can you rate a person or an experience if they never showed up to complete the job. No one called my parents to say they weren't going to show up either. They have made appointments with Sears since the first of May (for every week) and still no one has shown up and kept cancelling. THAT'S ALMOST 3 MONTHS WITHOUT A WORKING REFRIGERATOR. My Mom and Dad are in their 70"s and my Dad is a diabetic, he needs his refrigerator to keep his meds and of course their food. They have a warranty on their refrigerator with Sears and they are not keeping their end of the bargain. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with Sears.

This is absolutely the worst customer service. U can't talk to anyone, and when u finally do, u can't understand their version of English. When u ask for another agent, there is nobody else. Parts were supposed to be delivered to my home. They were not. Mechanic Called in sick. All in all, a terrible company. No wonder Sears went belly up. Do not do any business with their products.
