The only problem I have a such a long time to wait around the house. People have to work take the day off and then pay for repairs when your service guy said 8 to 5. I'm making you narrow it down to four hours like some two hours.

Even though he wasn't able to be here between 8 am and 5 pm as stated , he did call and said he would be here by 5:30 and was very polite and he did a excellent job.

Tried to fix the oven but couldn't because he had explained to me on a previous visit that the oven wasn't made any longer & part was not available however they shipped out a part which was wrong so he did everything he could fix it and explain the issue very well. Tried as best he could considering the wrong part was shipped which wasn't his fault
