Jerome Is OUTSTANDING!!!
Jerome is an excellent repairman and is a great ambassador to represent Sears Home Services. He has outstanding "people skills" and is welcome at our residence any time. Thank you for employees like Jerome. Incidentally, our repaired refrigerator runs so quietly now, that it's hard to know if it's running at all... but it is!!!
