1st off I understand the tech can't control everything and that the customer service being horrible isn't his fault. However it is his fault that I brought to his attention Monday that he did not order the part for today correctly and his response was basically I can't do anything about it, and further excuses. You absolutely could have ordered the part again Monday instead of wasting my b time but here we are. Your company is a joke both with the responses the technician give and that they claim they can't escalate problems to anyone and the customer service line is by and far the worst on the planet. I hope you're saving a TON on that crap customer service line because not that it will matter to you, but I will never use your company again and will actively advocate to anyone who asks me not to use your joke of a compny.

Washer dryer/stove, refrigerator

I had a request in for my washer, dryer, stove, and refrigerator. Only thing that was worked on today was my washer and stove I would have rather had my washer and dryer done today and my stove and refrigerator done at another appointment but per the technician that could not be done so now I have to wait a whole 10 days for my dryer that is not working at all to be looked at.

I have had this individual to come to my house several times and he refused to repair my refrigerator. I have relocated refrigerator so he may gain access to what needs to be done the last time. I had a an appointment this past Friday and he made a comment That the. Customer refuse service. I sat here all day waiting for him to come and he did not show up. This is not the first time that this has happened. Jerome Taylor is the technician and I don't hold him in high regards I have another appointment for March 4 2025. Let's see if he comes to do the repairs thank you.

Refused to fix my appliance! Extremely uneducated, not helpful, very unprofessional, very poorly presented, and refused to give his mangers information! This employee needs to be fired or properly trained, what a waste of time, I'm very disappointed!
