Arnold went above and beyond his repair appointment. Sears Home Aervies gave me the run around and rescheduled me twice and tried to reschedule me a third time! Arnold called his technician schedule advisor and was able to get my dryer fixed after almost 3 weeks without one! Thank you Arnold!!! You're a lifesaver!!!
