Jerome was absolutely great! He called to let us know when he could be expected, and then let us know when there was some sort of glitch in the system that wouldn't let him schedule a follow-up appointment once the parts arrived. Once that was worked out, he came to finish the repair and took the time to explain what he'd be doing and then gave an update to let me know what was going on as it was taking longer than expected. Very satisfied with the service, overall.

Our technician was very knowledgeable and was eager to explain what was wrong and how to remedy the problem. Lucky for us, our problem was a small one that other repairmen told us was unfixable, saving us a lot of grief and money.

Bric is very careful in his analysis of the problem, in his handling of parts and pieces, and in cleaning up after himself. He has been to my homes several times and I am always pleased when he is the technician.

Very knowledgeable, friendly but professional. The best thing he did was explaining to me about the things I was concerned about and how it was not a flaw but how this appliance was designed because I would have bet anything something was wrong with my dryer
