I don't know who Jerome is, my tech said hie name was Joe. Joe did a great job once he was allowed to do the work But my A/C STILL is not working properly.

The circuit board was dead in the Whirlpool Double Wall Oven. Veaceslav took the oven apart and had it repaired within 40 minutes. Nice man, and excellent work ethic. Very professional and knowledgeable.
