One of my split units stopped working in the middle of the heat wave. When Billy showed up, he quickly identified the problem and got the AC working again. It was a big relief from the heat wave.

Did a great job without a second opinion on the product he worked on. Based on what his assessment, we are making a wise decision to not have this piece of less than 2 year old junk repaired. We would be paying about what it cost to buy it to have it fixed. Unfortunately we bought a Kenmore because we thought they built reliable products. We were wrong. We will go in search of a Whirlpool. Bottom line: don't buy Kenmore

Richard was very professional and knowledgeable. He had my issue fixed in no time. I had also requested the dryer maintenance and he cleaned that out and removed a piece of metal that had been causing the dryer to make a lot of noise. I'm super happy!
