Great professionalism and customer service. Patient and explained, when asked, why the problem happened and how it would be fixed. (Build up of ice in freezer and not cooling in refrigerator). Very knowledgeable and it was appreciated. Only problem was that an appointment was made for one day then it was unexpectedly cancelled but was able to get the next day fortunately. I understand problems happen. They were prompt for appointments. Would use service again if needed. A+

Glen was great, he worked on my fridge last year. I give 5 stars to Glenn, but to Sears I would give them only 2 as they cancelled my original appointment on the same day and I had to wait for over 5 weeks to get my ice maker to work.

Another company was suppose to send a repair person twice this week and never showed up either time. So I was very happy to see Paul about 8:15 this morning. Within one hour he replaced the igniter on our oven and had it up and workin. Cleaned up work area very professional and friendly a great tech. Thank you.
