Very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Unfortunately, the warranty company wouldn't allow him to fix or replace anything until it goes out again. He explained to me what to do if it does go out then said if it doesn't come back on then to call the company and they would send him back out. His overall rating is a 5. On the question below as far as payment goes, I have no idea they would not tell me and had me to pay a temporary service fee until he got here. They're not very forthcoming with any of their information. I will have to call them to see if there was a charge.

The technicians worked quickly. They where very nice and respectful when coming and going inside our house. They communicated what was wrong and went to go get the parts needed in a timely manner. There was a mix-up with the scheduling ticket. Both teams of technicians talked to each other and worked it out. We so appreciate them for finding the problem and then the other team fixing it. Our children were able to sleep in comfort last night. Thank you for being respectful of my wife and children as you worked.

Glenn arrived on time, and within 15 minutes he had replaced the capacitor the air conditioner was running and providing cool air. I was very pleased with his service. And he was very courteous I would recommend him to anyone.
