Sears was hired by americas first warrantee to fix our oven (for the 3rd time, with a $100 fee each time). We were told multiple times our oven needs to be replaced. When I contacted the warrantee company they said the service person needs to recommend the appliance to be replaced ( 2 times it was documented my range needed to be replaced). It took almost a month to get an appointment with Sears. Not only do I pay for the warrantee, but I have to pay a fee for each covered appliance each time someone comes out. As for the tech he “man splained” that I needed to allow the oven preheat and run thru at least 2 cycles for it to be at proper temp! 🥴 if the oven is set at 350• it should be 350• when it beeps!!

Glenn did fix our refrigerator by installing a part in the bottom freezer however he sat his drill inside the freezer on top of our food items. He also didn't secure a cover piece which fell off behind the drawer after he left, and now needs to be put back on. Glenn is clearly a competent repairman because refrigerator is cooling again, but he could be more considerate about how he operates on a repair job.

I was disappointed in the 4 cancellation and the 5 rescheduled appointments. I ended up use 10 hours of my vacation time to support the arrival 2 different times which never happened. Once the technician arrived they were courteous and clean up well after the appointment.

Technician was okay, but legit took the entire 8-5pm window. This time no timely notification to narrow that window was received like they have done before. Also took nearly 3 weeks to get an appt. Then at first he said one burner wasn’t working right and then decided the entire unit was just fine. So I wasted my time and $ and still have a stove that only half works correctly.

Repair incomplete Waiting for WARRANTY Company APPROVAL

Waited until 4:30? when they arrived On an 8-5 service window. These techs are being scheduled too many calls in one day. Service was very good until the end. They had a hose leak water after reinstalling drum. So they caught that, fixed it securely and said they cleaned up the water underneath. What they missed was the drawer unit under the washer had lots of water in it. All my supplies in cardboard boxes were soaked and many of the washer pods began dissolving. This is discouraging and a financial loss to me as they can’t be saved. And it was a mess to clean up. Plus water left behind could have rusted out my washer feet and drawer cabinet. The washer is repaired and runs great so far.

Absolutely no communication after services provided. The issue was Not completely resolved. You can’t speak to a human regarding your concerns - you get AI services when you call the warranty company. Extremely frustrating!

Refrigerator was accumulating water and ice under the crisper drawers which spilled onto the floor. Tech replaced ice maker, which didn't correct the problem. Came back again and checked drainage system, etc. Thought problem was fixed, but now after a bout 2-3 weeks, the water and ice are back again with water in the floor, just like it was in the beginning. Will have to call Home Services again for another appointment.
