Absolutely no communication after services provided. The issue was Not completely resolved. You can’t speak to a human regarding your concerns - you get AI services when you call the warranty company. Extremely frustrating!

Refrigerator was accumulating water and ice under the crisper drawers which spilled onto the floor. Tech replaced ice maker, which didn't correct the problem. Came back again and checked drainage system, etc. Thought problem was fixed, but now after a bout 2-3 weeks, the water and ice are back again with water in the floor, just like it was in the beginning. Will have to call Home Services again for another appointment.

Technician was good. Scheduling people and program was HORRIBLE!!! Multiple appointments where no one showed up due to technicians nor being notified.

Man spent 2 hrs and then left. Dishwasher was doing the same thing ten minutes after he left.

The company only offers an appointment "window" of 8am - 5pm and cannot provide a more specific time. A no show the first appointment, a 3:48pm arrival the 2nd, rescheduled appointment without any notification. You cannot reach an actual person by phone or chat, so the company itself is not helpful and lacks customer service. The only positive is that the technician(s) were able to get the service approved and completed through the home warranty company. Would not recommend Sears.

Tch, nice guy, very poor tech. On the first day, he wasted 2 hours of his time because he did not know his ID number. Had to use my phone for support. On the second day, ordered the wrong part. I had to clean the error-ed part after cleaning and resetting the machine myself; the unit now works. No replacement needed.

PLEASE DO NOT USE SEARS! I called and said the latch on the dishwasher needed repairing so they set up a service visit. The tech came and played with the dishwasher for a few minutes and then stated you need a new latch. They wanted over $300 for the labor alone. At the end the total was mire than the cost of a new dishwasher. Save your money and go somewhere else for repairs.
