Bill is awesome. He was professional and did all he could to help fix our dishwasher. Chris came out and helped as well. He was also wonderful. The problem with Sears is that it is all AI and you can’t get ahold of a human. It took 6 visits to help. I do not fault the technicians at all because they were sincerely trying to do their job. I do think Sears could grow in customer service!!

He was scheduled for 12/3 rescheduled for 12/2 tech diagnosed problem said part would be in 12/10. Tech called me on 12/5 said part was in he would come this am to install part. He came at 10am installed part and was finished by 10.45. Very happy to get heat back on again.

Chris came out for preventative maintenance on my dryer and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided great education throughout the process. I wish he could be assigned as my preferred technician for all future service calls!
