The representative you sent out was fantastic.If had him before we love his work. However, I was told that the service fee would be applied towards repairs if I decided to repair something. That turns out not to be the case for that reason.I can never trust sears again

The appointment was canceled numerous times. Communications with Sears is impossible except through a very poorly designed AI bot. No phone number for help. Tech showed up and without even looking at dryer told me his diagnosis of it issue. Horrible horrible service.
