We will never use Sears appliance repair again. Tech was great. AI and getting help to book service was a nightmare. Then a manager refused to honor diagnostic fee towards service. We will try to fix it on our own. Sears used to be dependable.

It took more than one visit but it looks like they successfully fixed our fridge this time. Two guys worked on it for several hours. Very dedicated workers.
