The service was excellent. After working Cleaned the area. Look forward to seeing him again. Raymond is an excellent tech unlike Michael who never showed up, call or text. Had to stay home for two days and Michael never showed. Called Sears to complain about Michael but the line was automated with no human contact. We were without a dryer for 3 months. We are very satisfied that Raymond fixed our dryer today.
