If you want to save yourself some problems, get rid of your AI. My efforts to get my dishwasher repaired started in January, and continued until March 14. My service appointments were re-scheduled at least 6 times by your artificial unintelligent AI. Parts were ordered by the repairman to be delivered to my home, and they were delivered 3 days later. After that, your AI sent me messages that the repairs couldn't be made because it was waiting for parts that had already been sent. An offer for an earlier appointment was made which I accepted, only to be changed to a much later date by your AI. Then I was given the options of multiple dates, and the appointment was put back to the original date. That date came and went with no repairman and the next morning at 8:10 AM, I was told that "Due to my request", the appointment would be that day. I made no such request, your AI did it. The repairman showed up late in the afternoon and confirmed what I knew already, the dishwasher had a structural flaw that allowed the door to leak. As of now, I'm waiting for someone in your organization, preferably a human, to make a decision about my appliance. By the way, your repairman seems just as frustrated as I by your AI's inability to understand simple logic.

It took 3 visits and 30 days to repair a simple, basic problem...if the first repair man had been competent, the repair would have been completed within a reasonable time.

The tech was great, he fixed my dryer in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I was not happy with the customer support though. The app said he was going to be at my house around 11:19 but he didn't show up until 1:20 and the app was never updated with the correct time. I had a lot of things I needed to get done, but spent almost the entire day waiting on the tech to come. I tried to chat on the app but it just gave me robotic responses. I called the phone number, but only got robotic responses. Felt like I was a hostage in my home waiting for the tech to come. Was not happy!

My A/C unit was out for 4 days and temp in high 90’s. I was disappointed that no service tech could not come until day 4 at the end of the day later then the timeframe given!. Glenn was our tech person. He came the 1st time I had trouble on 6/6/25 but I encountered the same issue again within the same month. He explained what he checked and finding and got the unit working again which I’m grateful for.
