Technician was good. Scheduling people and program was HORRIBLE!!! Multiple appointments where no one showed up due to technicians nor being notified.

Man spent 2 hrs and then left. Dishwasher was doing the same thing ten minutes after he left.

The company only offers an appointment "window" of 8am - 5pm and cannot provide a more specific time. A no show the first appointment, a 3:48pm arrival the 2nd, rescheduled appointment without any notification. You cannot reach an actual person by phone or chat, so the company itself is not helpful and lacks customer service. The only positive is that the technician(s) were able to get the service approved and completed through the home warranty company. Would not recommend Sears.

Sears Home Services was going to come out and fix my refrigerator by being contacted with my home warranty - Choice Home Warranty. Sears called to let me know they were coming through an automative system. Two guys showed up anyways. I met them outside and told them that I had cancelled with the phone call and sorry you guys made the trip. They got in the van and left. ALL OF THIS IS ON MY VIDEO RING CAMERA! They reported to Choice Warranty that they checked my system and fuse box which is a lie. Because SEARS sent them that, CHOICE went ahead and sent the $100 to them. I have asked now everyday for over a week to refund. CHOICE says they can't cause it was sent to SEARS. SEARS is saying they did show up and work on my unit. They are a SCAM and liars. I have video cameras around my house to show 100% proof they never touched my unit or fuse box. SCAM and LIARS!

Go absolutely anywhere else for your appliance repair. they came onsite, purchased the part. and ignored calls for months. Ended up watching a youtube video anx fix it myself. This company is a scam

Worst experience I ever had to deal with. I have warranty for home appliances. After waiting for more than a month without Stove working, they got the incorrect Knob size. They don't provide any details on what is the next step. Had to wait for another month for the next parts.

This tech did not explain why or what was going on with my unit. He just mentioned something about he was turning it back over to home warranty. He did explain anything he did what I need to do. He just said they will contact you maybe today.. ???

Service tech did not disassemble anything to diagnose the dryer that runs but does not heat. Tech said he did not have the parts and would need to order. Quoted parts and labor are more expensive than a brand-new dryer. A quick YouTube video and 20 minutes to disassemble the dryer found that the heating element was the only part that was defective. $65 part ordered from the Internet.
