While they, (sears), did find the issue the service technician told me several times about the fee and nothing about future details or attempt to help me in any way. This was AFTER I was told and confirmed I could get an appointment 3 days earlier and no one showed or contacted us. Been OVER a week to hear that my only issue was gas shut off. No idea if I'll have to turn on a pilot light to restart heater.

$600! And my refrigerator still doesn’t work!! He came and replaced a fan and stayed maybe 15 minutes! REFRIGERATOR DOES NOT WORK after paying $600!!

Terrible service, the issue was not resolved for my washer and I have called Sears customer service just to get zero help from an AI automated system with no option to talk to a customer service representative. This is mediocre customer service and repair service.

Extremely disappointed. This is the first time I have ever purchased a home warranty - Choice Home Warranty - and it will probably be the last. It took a week for the technician to arrive. That’s 1 week with no heat. The temperature is in the 30’s. He replaced a fuse. I asked him what caused to the fuse to blow, he said he didn’t know. 2 days later it stopped working again. I initially paid $500.00 for the warranty and $100 for this visit and I received nothing. Now, I need to wait another week for a technician to come back and they’re sending the same guy. I am a Realtor and we recommend Choice Home Warranty to our clients! I wanted to see what type of service you provide my clients and I am appalled. I can no longer recommend Choice Home Warranty and will make it known why.

It was the worst experience. It took 7 appointments, 3 were no shows after we took off work, 2 of them we received eta which were not even close to the time. Called and couldn’t talk to anyone. Terrible customer service

Not great people skills, also didn’t not fix the problem the first time and we got stuck trying to reconnect with them over and over again. They didn’t even seem to try to allow you to contact a real person in any way. Everything was automated.

I will absolutely never use them again ! The worst system ever. You cannot contact a PERSON to talk to everything is automated. Then when they couldn’t make it the day that THEY scheduled for me they rescheduled my appointment and said that I rescheduled it. Also the first time I made an appointment to figure out what was wrong with the washer they were over an hour after when they said they would arrive which btw their window for arrival is 8-5 so I called their number to figure out what was going on and because the system is automated when I hung up it automatically cancelled my appointment then I had to reschedule another one just so they could order the part. And on top of all that their prices are ridiculous I could have bought a new washer for just a few hundred more than they charged me. I can’t even complain in their site because it’s all automated.

This technician has no idea what he's doing . He came here and the pan under the unit in the Attic was full of water because the float switch had turned it off. I'm in the industry where I understand this stuff and the float switch is there to tell you the pan is full, to turn it off because the unit should not be producing that much water. They want you to have to go up there and deal with the problem. All he did was raise the float and leave. He didn't drain the pan, he didn't look for any other issues and this is the second time he's been here for the same issue. He should have further evaluated to see what the issue was that's causing all the extra condensation that's not going out through the condensate drain line to accumulate in the pan. I'm very very disappointed in the quality of service that was given. I would like to have someone besides this particular technician because I don't think he knows what he's doing. I've contacted Choice Home Warranty about my disappointment. They understood my aggravation, cancelled this companies return trip and reassigned it to another company.
