Sears technician Drew arrived at our house on the scheduled date and time to evaluate our refrigerator issue, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the required parts. He then arrived on the second appointment date on time to install the required repair parts. The installed repair parts seem to have corrected the failed compressor issue as of now.

The washing machine had a difficult problem to diagnose and repair. Roger stayed with the job and process until the job was done and done right. Very courteous and competent. He came after normal hours because of my schedule in order to get me up and running again. I'm impressed 😁
