Great
Roger was friendly and customer oriented. He worked hard to solve our problem but the leak just would not reappear just like Drew's first visit. Roger also agreed with Drew in that there is a risk of flooding if the leak should occur when we have a lengthy absence from our home. Therefore, they recommend replacement of the unit. You should take great pride in having Roger as an employee and part of your service department. Dan Assid
