Roger carefully diagnosed the dishwasher, finding a solenoid valve that was faulty. Had to order the part. After it arrived, roger returned to install it. Now the dishwasher is working perfectly.

Drew was very nice, and communicated with me every step of the way. He was on time and completed the work quickly. He also cleaned a couple of the refrigerator shelves "since he had them pulled out anyways"!! I'd give him more than 5 stars if it was an option!

Roger was here at the time he said he would be.A very polite gentleman.He told me what was wrong and offered me service plan etc but was not "pushy". I very much appreciated that.He offered service to other appliances while here but did not push.Roger can come to our home anytime!
