Roger was a great technician. Despite the tremendous heat on the third of July and the late hour of the afternoon, he came to our cottage and repaired the dishwasher so that we had access to use it over the 4th of July holiday. He is a worker bee of great value to your company! He is pleasant to visit with, explains the procedures he is going to take to repair the item and he works until it is finished and he tries it to make sure it runs.
