Friendly with a quick fix
Drew arrived on-time. He was friendly and communicated throughout the repair visit. He quickly identified the problem and corrected it. Appliance is working now! He was a great representative for Sears. I would recommend.

Roger came out and worked through a power outage. He came back later and just when we thought our washer had no Hope, he stayed beyond his hours and got it working. We appreciate it after being without a washer for three weeks!

Roger quickly diagnosed our oven problem and had a solution, but the part was no longer available. Instead, he was able to disconnect the heating element so we could still properly use our stove until we find a replacement!
