Great service
Roger has been visiting my house for regular maintenance check ups on my Sears appliances for many years. He always calls in advance, arrives within the window he stated, works efficiently and quietly, and markets Sears plans and products eloquently but not aggressively, which makes a customer more likely to buy. I purchased a maintenance service today that I had no idea was available. Roger is great!
