Drew advised me of his progress with two stops to go and an estimated time of arrival which was within minutes of his actual arrival time. He introduced himself and discussed my problem. He was quite professional in diagnosing the problem and completing the repair. It was nice to have a competent technician such as Drew to service my refrigerator.
