Drew wasn't able to make the issue go away. He explained that newer GE fridge are noisier than older models because of a change in the material used to insulate the appliance and help it retain cooling temperatures. He suggested two ways to mitigate which I will try out. I'm disappointed in the product though.

Thank you so much for your prompt, next day service. This is the 2nd visit from Sears Home Services and Drew. The first was through another plan and I was so happy that I cancelled that service and joined the Sears Home Service Plan. Drew was polite, knowledgeable, left everything clean, and did an amazing job!! So happy with my decision.
