Casey quickly diagnosed the issue with our Kenmore washer. He wasn’t in a service truck & therefore had no parts with him. He Had to order the part & returned 4 day later to install the part which took less than 30 minutes. I feel the labor charge was a too high.

Eric, Sears Appliance Technician was awesome. Both visits, he diagnosed the problem on first visit and installed part on today visit. I was very impressed with the speed at which he provided solutions. Very smart and professional. I recommend him highly. First American Home Warranty referred Sears/Eric. We are extremely satisfied.
